Rose Winer’s three passions are food, travel and sustainability. A fervent baker since the age of 7, Rose has worked in the kitchen at Zoe Nathan’s Huckleberry, hunted down the best bread in Cape Town, mapped out Paris’ superior chocolatiers, and created unwieldy amounts of desserts for friends and family. While at Columbia University, Rose wrote about foodie adventures in the campus travel magazine Now!Here and spent an inordinate amount of time pursuing great restaurants on a college student budget and cooking food with locally sourced ingredients. Rose lives, works, eats and bakes in New York.
