Cabbage is among the tastiest of vegetables. I love it. It can be cooked for 5 minutes in a quick sauté, or braised like the recipe you offer here. As for stuffed, I grew up on my mother’s stuffed cabbage. I never did ask whether her recipe was Italian or American, or maybe learned from a Jewish neighbor, but we loved it. I haven’t made it in decades. You’ve inspired me.
