Zester Daily contributor Brenda Athanus studied with Madeleine Kamman outside of Boston attaining her chef’s diploma and came home to Maine to start a specialty food store with her sister. Brenda does catering and food styling. She enjoys traveling, writing about food memories, making jam in a heavy copper pot and living in her childhood home on a lake in Maine.
